1. ITIL Assessor (Part Time)
Assessors are required to demonstrate the following characteristics:
- Should be recognised by peers within the community as having an in-depth knowledge of ITIL；
- Have significant experience, i.e. more than 2 years practical/consultancy experience in the IT service management area；
- Have proven skills in delivering training assignments；
- Have personal integrity and the appropriate inter-personal skills to cross-examine an individual trainer and have the willingness and ability to reject individual trainers；
- Must have proven knowledge of the product, where applicable, by passing the ITIL Foundation examination and by achieving not less than 80% in the Practitioner examination, and/or by achieving not less than 65% in the ITIL Managers examination；
- Be fluent, both written and spoken, in the language in which they assess.
