1. ITIL® Assessor (Part Time)

Assessors are required to demonstrate the following characteristics:

Should be recognised by peers within the community as having an in-depth knowledge of ITIL
Have significant experience, i.e. more than 2 years practical/consultancy experience in the IT service management area
Have proven skills in delivering training assignments
Have personal integrity and the appropriate inter-personal skills to cross-examine an individual trainer and have the willingness and ability to reject individual trainers
Must have proven knowledge of the product, and be currently certified to ITIL expert level as well as other course against which they assess
Be fluent, both written and spoken, in English and the language in which they assess

2. PRINCE2® Assessor （Part Time）

At least 66% in the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination
At least three years experience in the project management
Ideally relevant auditing experience
Ability to collect necessary information by means of effective interviewing, listening, observing and reviewing relevant information
Confidence to verify accuracy of information collected
Ability to compile accurate, complete reports of findings and suggest follow on actions
Ability to work alone
Confidence to confront difficult situations, standing firm when required, but willing to change position when facts or circumstances warrant it
Be fluent, both written and spoken, in English and the language in which they assess
